I’ve been doing them since the beginning of 2012, not long after my Dad passed on. I journal them at the end of every night (well, almost every night!). The bonus is that when I’m having a bad day I can browse through my ‘good things book’. There are a lot of nice memories in there that I’m sure I’d not remember otherwise, particularly if I’m in a bad mood! I’m even starting a painting series of my three good things entries.
